Rock climbing

      Hi all,

      it would be great to know whether there are some club members out there who are keen to do some rock climbing on some upcoming weekend(s).
      Since my arrival in NZ, I was somehow able to put my chalk-bag away most of the time, but last weekend’s stopover at Whanganui Bay refreshed some memories ;-)

      Come on, step up – who’s keen?
      It would be really nice to assemble some more addicts for some weekend-trips to Taupo or Taranaki.
      Some climbing @ Titahi Bay would also be cool.

      PS: Is anybody in this forum who has already climbed in Tinui? I was there several weeks ago but was too dumb to find the way through the wall of bush…

      Hi Michael,

      Have a chat with chef guide see if we can squeeze a rock climbing trip to Taranaki. I think there are few interests already.
      Don’t waste your time to Tinui, rock is sh$t.
