SUMMARY:Annual Awards and AGM 2025
DESCRIPTION:It’s that time of the year where we celebrate the triumphs and tribulations of the club!\nOn 9 April 2025 we will be holding our AGM and annual awards. \nAGM 2025\nAs part of our legal requirements as an incorporated society we are required to hold an Annual General Meeting every year\, where the committee is elected. We hope to get the stuffy formal bits over in an hour. More information can be found here. \nTo express interest in a committee role\, you need to get a member to nominate you by emailing a nomination to secretary@wtmc.org.nz. You will then need to provide a short paragraph outlining your interest in the role. Nominations close 8 April 2025. \nAnnual awards\nTo be held after the stuffy AGM formalities are over. The annual awards are designed not only to celebrate the accomplishments and dedication of club members\, but also to commemorate the occasional epic misadventure… So please\, dob in your friends and make sure those unsung heros get sung! Expect pizza and BYO. \nMembers can be nominated for awards here. \nEntries close 2 April 2025. \n  \n
