Unfortunately I couldn.t make it to club last night to advertise this trip. I.m leading the fit trip into the Kaimanawas next weekend and as everyones been on the usual Urchin/Thunderbolt trip I was proposing something a little different. My intention is to come in from the Desert Road Friday night and head towards a stream at the base of the Kaimanawa mountains to camp Saturday. Sunday would see us cross the Waipakihi and come out over Urchin to meet the bus in the usual place. Please send me an email if you wish to be part of this memorable occasion.
