Take a break from sunbathing and come to Club tonight!

      Bring some buddies.

Following on from a shesh last year I’ll be showing trail running pictures from adventures on the Milford + Routeburn tracks and round Ruapheu.

Sarah and I are on a mission to run all the Great Walks, 4 down 3 to go as I don’t think we can count Abel Tas Inland. We aren’t counting the Whanganui River cos we haven’t yet perfected the art of running on water.

I will also be talking about the High Five-0 Challenge – Mal Law and support runners climbing 50 peaks, running 50 mountain marathons on 50 consecutive days

      50-50-50

to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation of NZ

I can definitely see the link between climbing 50 peaks and running 50 mountain marathons on 50 consecutive days, and the NZ Mental Health Foundation…… :-)

Yes. That was the exact thought I had when I first heard about it!
