Regular Volunteers

The club couldn’t run without all our volunteers! The committee is supported by over 30 volunteers working behind the scenes on a regular basis. There is a lot to do and we always need help. Every bit helps share the load.

Vice president: supporting volunteers

Coordinate transport, including ferry or vehicle bookings.

Emergency Contact Coordinator
Coordinate a roster of emergency contact volunteers for every weekend
Van MaintenanceResponsible for ensuring the van is appropriately maintained
and safe to drive
Van CleaningResponsible for regularly cleaning the van
Families Group

Lodge Convenor: supporting functions

Ensure that food orders and deliveries through the winter season
are managed smoothly
Lodge Bookings
Take turns to manage online bookings for the Lodge: answer queries,
prepare bunk allocations, manage refunds etc.
Lodge HostsWe need volunteersStay at the lodge for a period of time, welcome visitors and
ensure everything goes smoothly during their stay
Lodge VolunteersWe need volunteersHelp with lodge maintenance and refurbishments,
annual deep-clean, annual food resupply etc.
