The Club’s Constitution
Having a Constitution is a requirement under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. Our Constitution outlines things such as the Club’s purpose and how the Club is governed. It ensures the Club operates effectively, democratically, and in line with its core objectives.
The Constitution was last amended at the AGM on 15 April 2026.
The Club’s policies
Policies are the specific rules and guidelines the Club (and its members) need to follow when taking part in activities. They provide practical details on things like running trips, refunds, gear usage, and conduct.
The Club’s alpine trip policies
Mountaineering requires a higher level of experience due to greater risk exposure. Because of this, the Club has a list of policies specific to Club alpine trips.
