My place is situated in a quiet cul-du-sac with a view of the skyline hills.
It is a very warm house that gets a lot of sun, and there is a wood burner for the cooler days.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a log burner. There are 3 bedrooms, with built in wardrobes. The room available is a double.
The house is fully furnished but you will need your own things for your room. There is new carpet and curtains in the rooms and lounge.
There is some storage space in the garage.
Bues, shops, supermarket, Wiltons Bush and Tilakori Hill all close by.
