Hello fellow trampers
I am looking at signing up for an apartment in Manners Mall. Its brand new (converted office) with all the whiteware (fridge, d/w, w/m and dryer). There are four bedrooms which are all big and are light and airy. The carpet throughout is all new and the walls freshly painted. Bathroom and kitchen fittings are brand new and the living area is huge! It is on the 8th floor of the building and lift security is good in that a key is required to make the lift go anywhere. I need some flatmates to move in with me so if you’re looking for a flat or know anyone else who is please get in touch with me. The rent is $150 per room which might sound a lot but if you work in the city transport costs are basically nil and getting home after a hard night is pretty easy too! There are carparks available for $30-$40 per week but I’ll be selling my car since all I seem to do on weekends is go away on tramps!
