The Department of Conservation Visitor Centre in Wellington has advised they are looking for a casual staff member to join their small team to work late November, December 2020 and January 2021. The Visitor Centre will be open throughout the Christmas break. Ideally the candidate would have an interest in tramping and conservation, however this is not expected. This is a public facing role, good customer service skills are essential.
Anyone whose interested should email Don Herron on dherron@doc.govt.nz explaining why they would be ideal for the role, or pop into the Visitor Centre and have a chat with Don (who is generally there Monday to Friday).
