I am looking for someone (or a couple) who would be willing to be a driver for a few of us doing the Rainbow Rage Mountainbike race from St Arnaud to Hanmer Springs via Rainbow Station on Saturday Match 15. While we are cycling we need someone to drive the van and trailer from St Arnaud to Hanmer. We would catch the ferry down Friday night, pick up a rented van + trailer in Picton and drive to a bach in St Arnaud Friday night. Saturday we do the ride while the van is driven by our driver to Hanmer on Saturday. Stay at backpackers in Hanmer Sat night and relax in the hot pools. Sunday drive back to Picton after leisurely brunch.
We will also be able to help out financially anyone who volunteers by paying part or all of their ferry fare.
So if you fancy a relaxing weekend in the beautiful South Island, I look forward to hearing from you
