I’m currently looking for a flatmate – I have a spare room in a house up in Broadmeadows – plenty of sun and views both into the harbour and even to Kapiti Island (and of course the Tararuas in between). Easy access to Mt Kaukau and Skyline tracks from the end of the street. Cost is $80pw + expenses
