Things have been ticking along well on the Mountain House project.
John Hickey arranged for the engineering of the shelter to be checked. Thanks John!
The plans have been finalised, approved by DOC and submitted for Building Consent.
Thanks to an excellent price from Parapine for the materials our budgeting is right on track. The total cost of the project will be met by our $5000 Lottery Grant plus the DOC $9000 incl GST contribution. Have a look at the budget for more details.
A programme for the construction has also been completed.
As you will see a couple of the working bees require leaders. If you are keen and have the skills to lead anyone of these working bees give Stuart Palmer or Gerard Galvin a call.
And finally, all those punters keen to help on the working bees…… get your names on the trip lists at club.
