The WCC has issued a discussion document concerning the management of the outer green belt. This covers large areas of “reserve” land bordering Wellington city predominantly on the western suburbs (Wrights Hill – Makara Peak – Johnson Hill – Mt Kaukau).
The document is on the WCC website (www.wcc.govt.nz) if you want a peek. I’ll be putting some comments together for the club. If you have any ideas let me know. Comments due 25 Jan 2002.
