Queen?s Birthday Weekend Tramp (North Island)
I will be leading a club trip over Queen?s Birthday weekend (1 ? 4 Jun) in the beautiful Tararua Ranges. This will be an easy grade trip and will start at the Mt. Holdsworth road end and finish at Kaitoke. The intended route is via Totara Flats Hut and Tutawai hut, and will be below the bush line the whole way.
If you?re not keen on the expense and travel involved with the South Island trips scheduled for that weekend, consider joining this trip. The cost of the trip is $24 for members and $29 for non-members.
