We’ve heard it all before ….. Harry and his retirement! He can’t resist it – and will be returning to Christmas trips.

Yes Harrycopter Smith is off to the Southern Alps ………. but he will be flying in by helicopter and returning by jetboat!! Next thing he’ll be walking the great walks (maybe even a guided trip on the Milford) with all the flash gear, GPS, cellphone etc!!

He may even get a haircut and a real job!

I have faith in Harry — all of his Xmas trips to the Southern Alps ends up having a bit of a grovelly trip somehow… i don’t believe this will be an exception..

Maybe he should join the SC trip that is going to Fiordland with the Chief Girl-Guide..
