Price: Only $250 per week which includes ALL bills!!!! Why so cheap? As we are going overseas for 3 months we are looking for someone who needs a short-term house rental, and who is happy to act as a house-sitter at the same time in return for greatly discounted rent.
Location: Tawa – 7 min. walk to Tawa shops & 10 min. walk to Redwood train station, which is only 14 mins to Wellington station.
House: 3-bedroom detached house that would suit a couple or couple with one child.
House features:  Fully furnished – move right in  Large, sunny lounge with outside deck access  Unlimited fibre internet and SKY TV included  Open plan kitchen/dining with all appliances  Separate laundry room with washing machine and chest freezer  Fully fenced flat garden  Heat pump, HRV system & gas heater in lounge  Partially double-glazed and insulated
Bond: $1000 which will be fully refunded subject to no damage being caused to the house or property.
