Hi,

Due to the poxy weather ruining the opportunity to snowcave on the AIC and Snowcraft courses recently, another trip has been added to the schedule for those that have missed out. Its also a great trip to reinforce the crampon and ice axe skills. The trip is limited to 12 people, with priority to those who were on this years snowcraft or AIC courses.

Date – 20-22 September
Region – Tongariro National Park
Grade – Medium
Route – Saturday to South Crater to build snowcave, Sunday over Mt Tongariro and out to Ketatahi
Leaders – Craig Jones & Lisa Lee-Johnson
Cost – $39 (members) / $49 (non members)
