Hi there,

I need an organiser for the winter solstice weekend at the lodge.

The tasks involved are:
1. Coming up with a theme for the party on Saturday night
2. Organising a menu and a food list (we pass the food requirements onto New World Ohakune)
3. Promoting (usually not a problem) and collecting money for the weekend.
4. Advising me if extra accommodation at Serac lodge is required (ie our lodge only holds 32)
5. Organising a roster of tasks for the weekend.

If this sounds hard, don’t sweat it. Plenty of advise is available from previous organisers.
