Important Notice to Visitors

Hut Closures

South Ohau Hut (at Grid Reference, S25, 119515)

Land subsidence adjacent to South Ohau Hut has put the hut at risk.
The hut has been closed until further notice. For information on alternative huts in the area contact the Kapiti Area Office.

Field Hut (at Grid Reference, S26, 001307)

This hut will be closed for major upgrade work from 9am Monday 17th February 2003 until 4pm Friday 28th February 2003.

Hut Painting

At some time during the period 23rd January to 31st March 2003 the following huts will be undergoing external painting:

Kime (at Grid Reference, S26, 013268)
Field (at Grid Reference, S26, 001307)
Te Matawai (at Grid Reference, S25, 125494)
