When I came home from the last trip, I discovered that neighbour’s cat had found a way into, but not out of, our flat and at some point decided to use my sleeping bag as a cat loo
Anyone know of some washing place/dry cleaner around town who can handle down sleeping bags well?
Thanks a lot,
Gabriel

Agitator laundrette – 24 Elizabeth street, Mt vic apparently do a good job.

I can definately recommend Agitator Laundrette. $25 to wash a down sleeping bag and $10 for a down jacket. I dropped 2 bags and a jacket off last Saturday and picked them up on Sunday.

I’d usually use the bath and some non-detergent soap – but given the cat factor I can undertand sending it elsewhere!

HI – I just paid $8 to do my down sleeping bag at the laudrette in Hataitai Village – it looks good. It took them 2-3 days.

Agitator did my sleeping bag and it was great but DO NOT let them do your bag cover as they will treat it in the same way and it may get ruined.
