A select group of us is planning to head into the western Ruahines on the weekend 30 Aug to 1 Sep. It’s a great area, and at this time of year the views can be stunning.

The original plan was Rangi Hut – Howletts – Heritage, but we’ll be pretty flexible depending on snow, weather conditions and how we’re going.
