Hi all

You may recall the fiasco a few months ago when three clubbies were left stranded at Picton when the Cook Strait ferry left early.

Well, the Commerce Commission have concluded their investigations into this incident and Tranz Rail have admitted a breach of S39 of the Fair Trading Act. Tranz Rail have undertaken to improve signage and announcements in situations where the Cook Strait ferry maybe leaving early (or late..)

Overall, a successful and sensible conclusion to the complaint that was made.
