To entertain us and keep our bubbles connected, WTMC is moving to hold our social evenings online while at Alert Level 4.

Please join us this Wednesday 15 April at 7:30pm for the first of our virtual club talks: “Winter Wonderland: Alpine Trips with the WTMC” with Henry Fisher.

Henry will talk about what sort of alpine trips the club usually runs, what we might get up to this year, how you can get involved, and how to gain some / improve your alpine movement skills. This talk will be a bit more ‘chatty’ than usual, and will include a good description of the WTMC Snowcraft course content, gear you might want to think about getting, and so on. So, join us online with your ears, eyes, questions and enthusiasm – see you there!!

You can attend the talk remotely via ‘Google Hangouts’. This means you can join from your computer, your smartphone or even from your less smart phone. Computer or smartphone are best. Instructions for how to join the talk are set out below.
