The Annual General Meeting for the 2023/24 year took place on 10 April.
The meeting was well attended in person and a few Members also attended online.

Key decisions made in the meeting:
Minutes of the 2023 AGM: Approved without amendments
Annual Report and Financial Report: Received without amendments.
Members motions:
- Motion A: Remove provisions that allow non-members on the Committee/Sub-Committee: PASSED
- Motion B: Clarify where surplus assets will go on any winding up of the Club: PASSED
- Motion C: Specify Committee composition in the Constitution: PASSED
- Motion D: Include Veteran status in the Constitution: PASSED
Proposed Constitution, subject to the above motions: ADOPTED
(Noting that the new Constitution will only come into effect once registered with the Companies Office.)

- President – Anne de Ferron (with the intention to support the transition and stand down later in the year)
