Am on the search for a place to live, as I am moving from Melbourne to Wellington for work (Have done the travelling thing, and now returning home)
I am looking for somewhere that:
Is sunny/warm, and has a view (ideally would like to live on a hill somewhere)
Live with other WORKING PROF. around my age (30y/o). Ideal no. in residence is max 4 people.
In a suburb which is no further than apprx. 20mins commute from the city
Preferably, garage parking
Has a broadband connection & sky tv connected
Is accessible to public transport to the city

A bit about me –
Have been flatting for >10years now, so am house trained – and respectful of others – Would like to live with others who are too
I love all forms of recreation – Love participating, and watching too –
My main activity i am into these days is skiing/snowboarding, and
am looking forward to hitting the mountain in 2011 (or even 2010 if
the snow is still good when i get there)
Would love to get out w/ the WTMC club sometime too… (have done a lot of hiking in NZ (b/f i left), Austr., and around in Canada)
Enjoy the odd glass of wine, and great conversation
Love to cook and create (hence… why i trained in Food Science)
Am really looking fwd to rugby world cup in 2011 (have really missed the union action when i have been travelling – doesn’t seem
to get much of a following here in Melb.) – Would love to live with some other ppl who r passionate about it too!
