Hi All,

Some of my wifes’ relatives have moved out to New-zealand to start a new
life. They love it and have invited the rest of the family out there for
holidays etc.

I’m a very avid climber and would be very keen to make contact with local
climbers around the Wellington area or be put in touch with climbing clubs
with a view to making contact and joining other local climbers in the area
for bouldering, trad and sports climbing.

Basically what I want to do is climb with locals in the Wellington area ie
those people that know the area and the climbs…..and have a lot of fun in
the process.

I know nothing of the climbing situation in New-zealand and thought
contacting you all in this way would save a lot of wasted effort when we
eventually arrive.
