I’m looking for a flatmate to share my modernised 1902 villa in Vogeltown (Brooklyn) with me and one existing flatmate.
The house has three double bedrooms, open-plan kitchen and lounge area, bathroom with laundry, patio doors out to a sheltered sunny courtyard and a small garden up a bank at the back of the house.
No pets or smokers.

Ideal flatmate: Nonsmoker,­ 30+, Female­, Professio­nal, not a big meat eater
