It’s a rennovated villa in Vogeltown (Brooklyn) with open plan living – 140pw ex bills
The house is lovely and warm with heat pump and open fire
Room to rent is a double with fitted wardrobe
Current flatties both female and 30+, prefer to share with someone who comes home to relax and not to party
