Flatmate wanted for large sunny rental house in Wadestown with great views and a garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac street. It’s a 5 min walk to the bus-stop on Sefton Street, and a 20 min walk to town. There’s a large lounge, dining room, laundry, bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The bedroom is a double with built-in wardrobes. Some furniture and storage is available if needed.
Rent is $195 per week + expenses, and the house is fully furnished, with room for a few extra things if you have them !
