Existing flatmate is a professional male in his 30s who loves the outdoors.
It is 10min by car to town, 15min by bike or by bus. Bus number 14 stops 20m from the driveway.
Wiltons Bush and sports fields are a 5min walk away, it is a 15min bike ride to Tinakori Hill and the Skyline.
Ideal flatmate would be 30+ fun, honest and idependent.
