The Makara Paek supporters are fund raising to buy a piece of private land that runs through the middle of the mtn bike park.

This land if sold to others, would split the park in two.

The makara peak supporters with the help of the WRC are trying to raise money to purchase this piece of land.
The goal is $30000 by the end of March, so far they have over $26000 pledged.

It is important that the park remain complete so that current tracks remain and new ones can be developed.
