If you want a change of scenery for a few days, I am leading a trip to climb Mt Tapuae-O-Uenuku on the 25-28 August.
Transport for up to 3 people can be arranged from Picton and return for $25 per person, or from Blenheim.
A back up option if the Hodder River is running high would be Nelson Lakes.Snow skills, sound fitness, ice axe, crampons and cold weather gear are all essential
