I am keen on becoming a member of the club. Reading through the club website it seems the best thing to do is rock up to the club rooms on a Wednesday night? The other question was is there a list of basic gear that a new member requires?

Yep come along on a Wed night and we’ll sort you out. For info on what gear you need on trips click on the link “trip information” then “trip gear” and you will see the gear list which is a really good guide to the gear you need. I’ve also sent you an email.
