If you are interested in doing an outdoor first aid course, the Mountain Safety Council is running one the weekend of Feb 24-26. The course is practical and scenario based so ideal for trampers. As well as teaching useful skills these courses are lots of fun and a great opportunity to meet others with similar interests.
