for those of you interested in mountaineering and rock climbing
Kim Hill is interviewing Pat Deavoll, one of NZ’s best on Sat morning
Pat has a book coming out “Wind from a Distant Summit: the Story of NZ’s Top Women Mountaineer so I imagine she will be promoting that.
She has climbed all of NZ’s 3,000m peaks, done loads of rock climbing in Oz and lots of expeditions to Pakistan, China etc with mixed success
