The WTMC Committee is proposing a range of amendments to the Club Constitution.
The proposed changes along with an explanation for them are provided in a document at the bottom of the WTMC Constitution webpage. A track change version of the Constitution is included in this document for reference.
An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held to vote on the following motion:
“That the proposed amendments to the 2000 WTMC Constitution be adopted”.Depending on when we can get the printed copies of the proposed changes to you (we will mail them with our next scheduled mail-out to members which is the next FMC bulletin in November), the EGM is likely to be set for January 2013.
