Another reminder for everyone signed up on any of the South Island trips over Queens Birthday weekend to get along to club with your checkbooks tonight.
You MUST get payment to your leader this evening to ensure your place on the trip.
In line with club policy anyone who wishes to pull out of any of these trips must remove their name from the trip list by the end of club tonight (the pay by date) or they will be expected to pay regardless of whether they go on the trip or not.
It sounds tough but such policys have been put in place for a reason.
The close off for the two North Island trips is still the 26th May.
