Would suit someone who is a non smoking, enjoys a 17 minuted near flat cycle to Courtney Place (10 mins by car traveling at 50 or 70Km along Cobham Drive), walking the Eastern Walkway (start is 7 minutes away) and who likes feeding a cat when I am away in the hills.
