  I can’t view the “trip information”. Is it possible to have it in a different format ?

  Can you view a PDF file? (That’s the format that it’s in, but perhaps there’s something broken that’s preventing it from properly downloading.)

  If you can not install/run a pdf viewer then you can always try an online PDF viewer such as here:

  I can’t view the trip list at work, but have no problem downloading it. So I suggest clicking on ‘download’ instead of ‘view’.
