Hi All,

Over the last couple of weeks there has been damage done to hire vans & the bus! (these things happen)

BUT I would appreciate it if those who see/cause the damage make sure they contact me so that I am aware of it PRIOR to being contacted by hire companys for payment or PRIOR to the the next trip trying to use the bus!!!

I get plenty of over-communication on punter numbers prior to trips running – I would appreciate the same in return if things go wrong.

It would good to know there is a problem 24hrs AFTER a trip has run NOT 24hrs before the next trip is due to go!!!

Basically please consider your fellow club members!
