We urgently need additional help for the Mtn House project. To those that have offered so far – great. For the rest of you, please consider offering to help out. Last year when i asked at a club meeting who would be keen to help out just about everyone put their hands up. So, please sign up now for the weekends you can help.

The weekends are:
15-16 March – work in WN on prefabrication of the shelter
22-23 March – work on site
29-30 March – work on site
1-4 April – more construction work
5-6 April – remaining construction and demolition of current shelter

We urgently need help. Ive asked a number of people so far – some have offered, but many offer excuses. We are voluntary club, so the more people who can help out the better. Any transportation costs for going on a workparty will be covered by the club.

Also, Im currently searching for an asst chief guide and a social convenor for the committee next year. If anyone is interested please let me know . A number of people have offered to stand in the roles on committee but we really need these two roles filled as well (otherwise we may need to look at reducing club activities)
