We (the WTMC) are hosting a WINTER BALL!
Where: The Long Room at the Basin Reserve
When: 21st August 2010.What is it?
It’s a black tie event/formal dinner dance – no tramping boots or stripy polypros allowed!!!
It’s a chance to dig out those fancy clothes from the back of your wardrobes.. or even splash out on a new outfit!
We will be entertained by a local band “Jonny and the Dreamboats”.Who can join in the fun?
The evening is open to all – members and non-members – and we hope to have members from other local outdoor clubs join us too.TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW (at club nights or email Donna, the social convenor):
EARLY BIRD price (before the 16th July): $80 each (or $75 each if you buy 2 or more – a bargain!)
After the 16th July, the price will go up to $90 each.. so get in early!NOTE: ANY PROFITS THAT WE MAKE WILL BE DONATED TO WELLINGTON SEARCH AND RESCUE
