Location: within biking distance NIWA (near Kilbirnie)- ie Thorndon, Brooklyn, Island Bay are my outer limits.

Friendly cat or dog, or possibility of having a cat.

Potential for vegie garden.

Meat tolerant, either shared healthy food or cook separately.

I’m into lots of outdoors stuff, like a good laugh and am looking for a good relaxing space.

Preferably rent not majorly pricey- getting the right people is the more important thing.
