My flatmates are all leaving before Xmas and I’m looking for someone who’d like a place to live, anytime from now, after Xmas, whatever.
The house is on Evans Bay Parade, opposite the boat ramp (just south of the Yacht Club). Has amazing views over the water (the water pic is taken from the lounge), 3br, 2 bathrooms, big lounge, dining, sunroom, deck, and a double garage underneath. It has great sun till about 4pm over summer and about 1-2pm over winter, and is a really warm house.
Its a 3br house, but there will be just two (me and another) living here, so there will be a spare room for whatever (I don’t plan to use it for anything).
The total rent is $450, how we split that is negotiable.
