Some help required to find this missing guy (i also have a picture of him – but cant post it with this email if you think you may have spotted him let me know and will send you the picture via email)

Porirua Police are concerned for the safety of a reported missing person, Guy Keegan SHORT.

SHORT is a 26 year old male Caucasian, approximately 178cm tall with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen with tramping equipment including a back pack on or about 7 November 2006.

He is believed to frequent the Rimutaka and Tararua tramping areas.

Anyone with any information please contact Detective Sergeant Andrew FABISH, 238-1420.

Essentially what we require is anyone that is going into or who has been into the Tararuas, Rimutakas, Orongorongo Valley since early November to check the intentions books for any sign of Mr SHORT.

Mr SHORT is a VUWTC member so may well be known to some of our WLSAR members, if anyone has any information in relation to Mr SHORT or knows a known tramp that he may take for personal time please contact Detective Sergeant Andrew FABISH, ph: 238-1420

Hi all

This missing person has been located at Powell Hut. Apparently he was in the VUWTC and they sent a few out to visit some huts today and found him at Powell Hut. Excellent
