During his life on the Eurasian Steppe, Tim endured temperature extremes from scorching heat in the deserts of Kazakhstan to subzero temperatures in the Carpathian mountain passes – with only his three horses, dog Tigon and the big open sky for company. Despite the harsh conditions, loneliness, prowling wolves and horse-thieves, Tim encountered warm hospitality from those he met along the way. Such is the life of a nomad. Tim will be showing incredible behind the scenes footage from his documentary (Banff Mountain Film Festival People’s Choice Award Winner 2011)

Tim will be selling signed copies of his new book, ‘On the Trail of Genghis Khan’, as well as showing incredible footage from the Steppe. Tim’s tours have been known to sell-out so be sure to grab yourself a ticket while you can – they will not last.
