Stuart Palmer and Eva showed local rogainers how its done in the 1st of a series of after work night time rogaines. They came 2nd out of 65 participants, only bet by a national orienteering representative runner. Greg Thurlow, Harry Smith and Jo Holden also competed with Paul and Wendy Abbott running the evening. Who said trampers can’t run?

More success for clubbies, this time in a 6hour rogaine event in Blenheim. Greg Thurlow came a credible 2nd on a demanding hilly course, even with some time penalties. A more sedate pace (we shuffle rather than run) saw me and Jo getting 12th out of 31 teams.
