Hi All,
Thanks to those who have signed up to lead a trips on the Summer Schedule.
However we still need leaders for some weekends so if you haven’t already done so please sign up to lead a trip or three.
If you are new to trip leading and are unsure about how to get started then pls speak to the Chief Guide/Assistant Chief Guide (Ilona/Kevin)
Here’s how to sign-up to lead a trip.
1. Click on “this link” to take you to the google docs spreadsheet

2. Choose the trip you want to lead. The first column tells you the
dates of the trip, then subsequent columns give you the other details
like the destination, grade etc.
3. Write your name in the yellow column against the trip you want to lead.
4. Simple as.
5. If you want to add you own comments, description etc please use the
blue column
6. If you want more information about the trip you’re signing up to
lead, then take a look at the second sheet called ‘more details’.
Where there might be more info from trip planning.
7. Please avoid moving trips around without checking with me first.The schedule will be open for sign-up until late November. It would be very
helpful if you can sign up as early as possible.Given the changes in people and format, if you have/spot any issues
then please let me know.Thanks
