Hi Folks,

I have up to three vacancies on the easy/medium trip that I am leading on 8-9 Sep The trip involves a bit of navigation, and would be a good trip for non-novice trampers who want a bit of off-track experience. The trip starts at the Ohau Road end,heads up the Waiopehu track as far as Bush Corner, then drops down the west side of the ridge to the Makaretu Stream where we will be camping. On Sunday we will walk down the stream to the road end.

If you want to go on this trip, you need to contact me () before this Saturday.

Note that we will be leaving from Wellington on Saturday morning; not Friday night.
