Hi all

Below is an update of nominations for committe recd as at today. Still plenty of vacancies exist. Please let me know if you are interested in standing – all contributions gratefully rec’d

Also one option available is to have multiple persons doing a role (eg social convenor as outlined below) but only one person ends up on committee.

There may be some people out there who are thinking of job sharing – this is great as it shares the work around. Let me know if you are interested in doing this (im aware there maybe one or two thinking of doing this for say part of the year etc)

Further good news..

Alison Stevenson has offered to look after the newsletter role until Oct (when she heads back to the UK)

Would be good to have someone else come forward to work on this role after Oct or with Alison until Oct

Andrew Trembath is also keen to take on a role – probably as transport officer with Glynne being on the general committee helping out with transport (which is a big area of club responsibility).

The committee is starting to take shape now – still looking for a Pres, VP and a couple of other roles (asst Chief Guide, promotions, and membership officer)

but its looking good
